Mild cases - how long were you exhausted/drained?

DH and I both tested positive around a month ago. He was very unwell, me far less so (kept working from home, able o play football with the kids all but 2 days) but I am still so tired and drained. My usual workouts are incredibly difficult and I feel spent, not invigorated, afterwards. At work I could nap by 2pm every day - I'm drinking A LOT of coffee to function! Am I just being pathetic or is this common even with a very mild case? When will it improve? Thanks.

I was diagnosed on 8th November. I wasnt the mildest case but not severe either, had bad headaches, nerve pain, high temp, fatigue. I am still off work. I go back Monday but I am struggling to function. I can't cook properly and bathing myself and kids is a monumental effort because I ache all over. The house is a tip because it's taking me ages to complete a simple task as I need to rest in between.
I imagine I will feel this way for a few weeks longer at least. I hope you feel better soon, it is such a horrible virus.

7 months after testing positive, I still have extreme fatigue.
I'm managing to work and that's about it. Sleeping whenever I can.
Also still have muscle aches.

6 months. Sleeping up to 4 hours a day and all night. Started taking taurine and magnesium tablets on the advice of someone here and can now basically function. Hope you feel better soon, it is grim.

I listened to a radio programme the other day with a doctor/researcher into covid who was saying on average for mild cases within healthy people symptoms were lasting for 8 weeks.

I was not diagnosed as it was way back in Feb but I am convinced I had it.

One weekend of being exhausted, then 6-8 weeks of annoying cough, not debilitating just annoying. I noticed at the time that my running became dreadful. I got out of breath in no time at all. I think it was a good two months before I was normal but then I was fat and unfit because I had stopped most exercise and had comfort eaten.

Can I ask if you had the fever or cough? I’m on day 3 of feeling really tired and my whole body aches although today feels better.
No fever or cough so wondering if this is just a flu virus for a few days.
Main thing is just how exhausted I feel!

My cousin (age 53) had covid mildly. Said she was still feeling quite tired at 4 weeks into it. She's slowly getting her energy back. Neither her husband nor son had any symptoms, mind.

I had a very slight fever 38° and no cough.
But tested positive. My main symptoms were muscle aches and loss of smell and taste.
