Anyone had what they thought was morning sickness but was actually covid?

Don’t laugh, but I am starting to worry. I am 6 weeks and feel horrendous. Struggling to get out of bed, nauseous all day and tension headache aches. Obviously all synonymous with first trimester joy...but I work in a patient facing role and wonder if I should be getting tested. Has this happened to anyone and it turned out to be covid?

Just get tested. Nobody here can you tell you it's not. If you are in a patient facing role and feel terribly ill then get a test

I mean I felt mind-blowingly terrible during both my pregnancies. I wouldn't have known if I had anything as well as that! Usually I would say it's likely just morning sickness but if you're in a job where you could affect others I'd probably get a test
