I tested positive in September and a few days previous to being tested when I started to develop symptoms I had twitchy toes and muscle fasiculations in my feet.
It's now November and thry haven't gone away.
It's absolutely driving me mad.
My taste and smell are still very dull but I can cope with that ....its just my toes and inner foot arch cramping, crunching and twitching
Anyone else had this kind of symptom ?
Any ideas of what I can do to stop it ?

Not those symptoms but others. Nothing but time seems to help.

Have you spoke to your GP about it?

Maybe take some magnesium supplements?

Try magnesium, as the PP suggested. It can help with cramping, I used to get leg cramps now I don't, provided I keep taking magnesium! The malate or glycinate forms are the ones more readily absorbed. Citrate form tends to loosen the bowels.

Thankyou I'll try the magnesium

I used to get the leg cramping and was told it was a deficiency (potassium though although think it would be linked to magnesium/other electrolytes).

A supplement wouldn’t hurt to try although it might take a while to notice any benefit. Has your GP checked your bloods lately? It would be helpful if there was something obvious to target.
