Not inside (caravan) but outdoors yes

Why would the caravan change the rules?

Does he live alone and can bubble with you?

IF either of them are single adults they could form a bubble.

Otherwise if in England, after Thursday, no. They could go for a socially distanced walk together.

Unless they both move into the caravan and don't come into the house then sadly no
I do feel for people in this situation though

Theey can only meet up outside socially distanced.

Thankyou. He doesn't live alone.

Sorry but the rule is they cannot. You cannot mix with anyone outside of your household or support bubble in a private garden. She could meet up with him outside for a social-distanced walk though.
