Ex taking DS to family house!

Ex has contact with both of our DS and I've just found out he's been taking them to various family members houses when he has them in his care, one of which works in a hospital.
Not only has he lied to me about this as he previously told as recently as last week he wouldn't do that, but we are in tier 3 lockdown.

Where do I even go from here. Our youngest is 5 months old.

That is unacceptable. Lying to you is one thing of the whereabouts of your children. If he can't be trusted he needs to see them at yours.

See I think this is more my issue - the fact he lied!

He's so cocky about this sort of thing. I knew he wouldn't follow the rules but to not do it with my son and then ie o me about it is a different matter in my eyes!
