No one knows. I don’t think it’s even decided yet. But my personal feeling is that while schools are open it would be hard politically to sell the ending of support bubbles.

I'm pretty sure they will, as the small increased physical health risk they present is "cancelled out" by the huge mental health risks without them.

They better be. Cancelling support bubbles is unnecessarily cruel and damaging to mental health. I will be moving in with my bubble if bubbles are banned because I can't cope with another period of complete isolation. However, it's not ideal to have to do that and many people won't have this option.

I can't see that they would stop support bubbles. The state would have to pick up the support and it simply couldn't afford it.
