It appears we have a confirmed case at my ds school in his class in school last week 'poorly' Thursday / Friday who tested Friday PM and was confirmed Saturday. The mother is also now awaiting results and is unwell. Mother has tried to contact the school via email/phone and can get no response. Other concerned parents including myself have also tried to get a response from the school.. nothing!
Is there supposed to be some sort of guidelines (even in half term) about reporting confirmed cases to school? I can't help but wonder they are keeping quite deliberately. Worth noting the other local school which closed its doors midway through last week is having an extra week off because cases have risen sharply! I just feel like we need to be alerting people..🤷♀️
