If you have to quarantine after a holiday can grandparents still provide childcare so you can wfh? I know they are exempt from local lockdown rules but can’t find anything on this?

I would say no. If your self isolating after returning from abroad you should not be leaving your home and no one else she be entering your home.

I suppose if they moved in with you and quarantined with you for the entirety... otherwise no. The point of quarantine is that you don’t see anyone or go anywhere.

Did the children go on holiday too?

No, unless they live with you. You shouldn’t be going away unless you can quarantine properly.

No, of course not! Unless you all went on holiday together and live together. The guidelines on this really are very clear.

No.

That’s what happens when you choose to go on holiday in a pandemic.

Jeez!! Of course not. It’s quarantine. You all stay in together, no one else comes in. You don’t go anywhere.
