@MrsTerryPratchett OH made pizza but put the pizza on the outside packaging before on the oven tray and cooking. Wasnt worried until after I ate it and started thinking the packaging could have been contaminated.

Ah well dont let this worry you op you absolutely will not catch covid from a pizza box plus the oven kills germs. Try put it out of your head as long as you wash your hands after going out and follow the rules you will be ok :)

You can't catch COVID-19 by consuming foodstuffs. I understand what you're asking, in a very unlikely string of events someone with COVID-19 could have picked up the box before you and now you have placed your food on it but I think the only possible way would be if you then rubbed your face with the pizza or something equally strange.

As a side note, viruses aren't alive so there's nothing to kill, but you can deactivate them at specific high temperatures. That's why when you go somewhere with dirty water it's a good idea to boil your drinking water to inactivate potential pathogens. Everything inactivates at different conditions though. So yes, baking a pizza in a hot oven should get rid of this risk.
