I've tried to wade through the .gov website but can't quite find the info I need. Think I'm right but hoping someone more knowledgeable can help.

Couldn't get back from The Netherlands before Saturday morning so now self-isolating as per the rules until Sunday 30th. I'm due to collect the kids from their Dad on Friday 28th so can I still get my Mum to collect or EH drop off to me or do they need to wait until SI is finished and I can collect Monday morning? Confused. Is this in plain English anywhere and could link for me?

Only you needs to isolate the rest of the house who didn't travel can come and go as they please. Youd have to get someone to bring them back to you. It would depend on the ages of your dc if I would have them back on the Fri or wait until for 14 days are up. If they are older and can leave the house by themselves to go out and see friends or pop to the shop for you I'd have them home earlier, if they are very young they'll also be confined to the house with you so it depends on whether they'd be better with their Dad a few extra days where they'll have a bit more freedom.
