hi
Our flights to Spain got cancelled about a month ago and we requested a refund
We have received 2 emails both going on about their voucher scheme

The live chat doesn't do anything

Am i missing a step .... do I just to nothing as I said I've already filled out the form a month ago as there is nowhere to re request the refund again just a line that says refunds in due course when crisis is over

We're still waiting for refunds from April and other people from March. We've been told to wait 'at least 6 months' 😩

My flight was cancelled in April. I sent numerous emails asking for a refund and stating I refused the voucher. I got an email from them 2 days ago saying I should have the money in 3-5 days.

I did a chargeback via my bank. Money back in my account straightaway, took a 10 Min call to the bank.. Ryanair could challenge it but I think the deadline has passed now.

It's appalling. I'm also due a refund.
Ryanair are basically forcing their customers to extend them a line of credit for an indeterminate time.

I have been told to wait another 10 weeks for mine. Flights were early June. They are dealing with a huge backlog. I’ve also claimed through my credit card but have been told I have to wait 90 days for that!!

Same here! Flights should have been in June. Have applied for a Chargeback. Can I ask what email People are using to email Ryan Air?
