Requested a refund from Ryanair last month, in a queue for a refund. Legally I thought they had 7 days to refund, contacted Virgin money travel insurance, they said I have to be told by Ryanair that they will not give me a refund for them to start a claim.
But I've no timescale what so ever so should they take on my claim or is there anything else I can do?
I paid with debit card, possibly go through my bank?
