Will social bubbles with those who don’t live alone come next?

I’m desperate to see my parents, who live together. Also can’t see in laws as they live together.
I live with my partner and our DS.

Will that be the next announcement? Social bubbles for everyone else?

Aren't you seeing them in the garden, or meeting up in the park etc?

Given that BJ seems to be changing the rules at random goodness knows what will be next!

@Ponoka7 No because they live too far away, they’d have to stay over or vice versa.

Don't forget this is only to help those that have been actually alone. It's not comparable to wanting to see parents etc. Y can see parents now on a socially distanced walk tho

I have the same question. Can I/ should I see my parents who live 5 hours drive away? Technically I could sit in the garden and drive home same day at a push but that feels selfish as I cant take kids with me.

Haven't seen parents for about 9 months now due to young kids and parents minor ailments making it hard to travel. They are in their 70s but not shielding. They rarely see anyone else. Not sure what to do. How long is this going to go on for?!?!

You’d have to choose between your parents and in laws though.

Just stick on a BLM t shirt and I am sure you'll be cool 😎

P.s .. go and see your parents. You would never forgive yourself if something happened.

I sure hope ‘non-alone people’ will be able to have a bubble really soon.

@CoronaIsComing we would choose in laws as they are walking distance. My parents sadly live hours away. I have no idea when I’ll see them again and starting to desalination hate the not knowing.

@Weetam68 I might just make my own risk assessment soon.

I think it'll come on July 4th, if they open hotels/tourist things I think they'll let people visit family overnight.

If they open hotels in July, they better blooming allow us to see some family in the home! My in-laws are 5 hours away & it’s looking like they can come visit us & see their grandkids if we take a trip to the zoo or theme park & they stay in a hotel. 🙄
