I suffer with hayfever and every year I end up with cattarh (it's like a annoying tickly couch like someone is ticking my throat) past week I've noticed when I wake up I have to clear my throat and can feel the need to spit up and get the mucus out half the time I cant. I've also noticed when i go for daily walks to keep myself active and for my mental health the air can sometimes cause the tickle in throat
Just since yesterday I notice it more in the morning and evening and when try to laugh

I have no pain no fever no loss of smell or taste no shortness of breath just a annoying tickly cough at times

To help put my mind at ease is it just cattarh caused by allergies and not coronavirus

No one can answer that for you. I have horrendous hay fever and most of my symptoms would tick the cv box but seeing as I've had it every year for the best part of 30 years common sense says hay fever.

Possibly hayfever as I'm the same at the moment. Sudden urges to cough and catarrh too, but it's coincided with itchy skin/eyes etc so think for me anyway it's definitely hayfever. Moving from tree to grass pollen season at the moment I think.

sounds like hay fever to me.
cannot be sure, as PP says.
just remember to practise scrupulous hand hygiene, and social distancing. no touching face, only blow nose etc in bathroom so as to wash hands immediately after.
maybe try gargling with mouthwash or salt water; some people suggest that. worth a try. also a smear of vaseline or similar just inside the nostrils, and then wash hands !, can help to trap pollen particles from progressing in further.

I feel absolutely fine just you get to that point where you question your self and it's like I get this year have done for 14 years so I should know but if coronavirus wasnt about i wouldn't have 2nd guessed it but cause its here I'm doubting myself which I shouldn't as I know it's just a build up of mucus etc

We have all been staying in as much as we can only going out for essentials and for exercise I constantly wash my hands and never touch my face and use a face covering if going to shops etc plus I disinfect phone and door handles etc

I do have to blow my nose have been sneezing and it feels mucasy in my throat just hard to get it up lol
