I have followed social distancing guidelines to the letter.
Can I take toddler DD to to the park to meet up with her friend?

No because the rules are only one person from one household can meet one other person from another household.

I would, I’m a single parent so no choice but to take mine.

It depends on said toddlers. Some will follow rules but most make their own rules. For example there would have been a high chance of compliance with ds1 and no chance in hell with his brother.

In theory no. But I have seen this happen a lot in my local park. Is it a crime? Perhaps we should ask Dominic Cummings, he find may find you an "interesting " interpretation of the rules.

Personally, I'd say go for it. I'm fed up of government hypocrisy over the rules, we are all capable of being careful. Just don't share food or toys and keep the little ones apart as much as you can.
