Covid

Risk in hospitals at the moment

Just having a late night worry. I was in hospital for about four hours last Sunday (10th) and I just read a story in the local paper about how they want to change the way patients enter this hospital as at the moment there is a risk of transmitting from the covid ward. It felt quite safe when I was there with green zones and red zones.
I’m really worried I could have picked it up there.
Would i know by now if I had?
I was in a room with the triage nurse and another room with the doctor. And a waiting room with about five others but we spread out well.

I still have my handbag and shoes in a sealed bag just in case they got germs on them! The whole thing is turning me in to a nervous wreck Confused

I've read that most people show symptoms within 5 days of infection, so if you're not showing any symptoms 8 days on, there is a very good chance that you haven't been infected, so please try not to worry!
