I have a few friends who are alone and struggling through lockdown. Some with kids, some single. I was thinking it would be nice to have a little treat sent to them. Maybe some cakes or pampering stuff. Just a pick me up. Ideally something that can be ordered online and sent through the post as I don't live nearby some of them.

Has anyone got any ideas or know of any good places for delivering things like this? Thank you x

Home bargains is doing a box with health and beauty stuff in for £20 , I think it's bath bombs and shower gels and skincare bits.

I’ve ordered all three of these and they have been fabulous -
Hotel Chocolat hamper (think it was about £20)
Doughnut time decorate your own doughnuts
Pizza Pilgrims frying pan pizza set

If food isn’t their thing I’ve also been sent Neom bath foam and Bloom & Wild flowers which were both lovely

Have a look on local Facebook pages. Loads of small companies are doing this sort of thing, and really need support at the moment. Locally to be I’ve seen cake deliveries, ice cream packages, crepes, doughnuts, local gin etc, as well as general restaurant deliveries
