DC 8 struggling

Just need a place to vent with lockdown and kids.

My 8 year old has turned into a completely different child over the last few days. She is really struggling with lockdown, not being able to see how family (my parents look after her when I'm normally at work, so sees them at least 5 days a week).

Her behaviour has been getting worse over the last few days, today she completely lost it when we were out on our walk screaming and shouting causing a few people to come out and ask if everything was ok. I explained she was just feeling overwhelmed and it took me 10 minutes to get her moving to go home (I said to DH to continue to take our other DCs on the walk).

I just don't know how to help her, she won't even look at my parents on facetime as it upsets her so much, so I call them now when she isn't around.

I feel like I'm at the end of my tether with her, I've given her support, time for her to talk, consequences for her behaviour. I dread each day at the moment as I don't know what will happen next.

Is anyone else feeling like their children's behaviour has changed?

Mine seems to be coping OK at the moment but I have seen a few threads on here in the last couple of days about DC who are struggling. It is tough for them.
