Struggling - need a morale boost

I have 3 DC and the youngest is 10 weeks old. I had a C Section and so spent several weeks before lockdown recovering and not going out so this has been a long haul.
DH is trying to work from home and I’m having to do some work days to stop my company and it’s contracts going down the pan. My eldest is 10 and is a good child but is literally bouncing off the walls as he’s used to having loads of activity in the week. My toddler who is 2 fell down two steps and hurt his face (which I feel awful about even though I rationally know toddlers have accidents)
We’ve also all had COVID symptoms (which I think I got in the hospital) but has run through us in different intervals and I’m still having lingering symptoms.
I just feel completely done and like I have no escape or respite, particularly as the baby feeds all day and night. I’m trying to home school DS1 best I can and keep DS2 occupied and safe. In normal circumstances the older two would have school/nursery/ activities and my mum is also a great help but obviously we aren’t seeing her. I feel like my anxiety is also through the roof and I’m constantly worrying about the worse case scenario. For example the toddler bumped their face on Saturday (and is fine apart from a bruise) but I keep panicking he’s going to have a brain haemorrhage or be permanently hurt which I know is irritational but I feel like all the stress of the last few months has sent me in to over drive.
I know there are people in worse situations but I’m just really starting to struggle and could do with a virtual hand hold!

We're moving this thread over to the Coronavirus topic at the OP's request.

Sorry you're going through such a tough time, OP. Hang on in there. Flowers

If you're worried then go to a,&e but I doubt there's any real damage. You're just stressed and over burdened at the minute and lockdown is making us all a bit crazy.Hopefully you'll be feeling better soonFlowers
