My boyfriend is returning from abroad tomorrow and he's asked me to pick him up. He was working and has has to come home.
We don't live together though - live with our parents. Is this allowed if i drop him off at his and then drive to my house?
He wants me to pick him up as we havent seen each other in months

I’d say not leaving someone stranded at an airport counts as essential travel.

There’s the option of taxis of course, but they are expensive, and the same risk exists whether it’s you you or the taxi driver that faces it.

What do your parents think OP? As they are also taking the risk of whatever your bf may be carrying, based not only on where he was living but also having been in an airport and on a plane. You're hardly the only one who hasn't seen someone they love for months.
