Realistically when do you think dentists will reopen? I'm having a nightmare with my 6 year old, Confused. He had a filling in one of his molars it snapped off the other day so he's got some tooth left in his gum, luckily enough there's no pain. On the other side of his mouth a molar he now has a hole 😢 he was meant to get a filling just before lock down! Well now he's in pain every so often mostly after food so we are rinsing and trying to keep it clean, we've tried filling kits but they don't stop in or it's irratating him..... Phoned dentist twice and there's nothing they can do??? Just needed a rant, I don't know what else we can do? Any advice? Thanks x

July probably according to the Chief Dental Officer’s webinar on Friday but if he has toothache or an abscess he’ll be able to have antibiotics from your dentist or an extraction at one of the hubs.

I've tried googling where my nearest hub will be and there's nothing coming up. He did say I could have anti bs if an abcess is present but there isn't, I shall ring again Monday x

Call 111 for advice, we are in a similar situation at the moment and my friend who is a dentist said that if it's causing significant pain then it's classed as emergency, if not then just sugar free calpol for the pain. Also, she recommended to put toothpaste in at bedtime after brushing.

Not sure if the broken one is classed as an emergency but 111 will tell you
