Family members marching into the house uninvited

So to set the scene...
My husband has got a collapsed lung so I'm doing my best to be careful - getting deliveries when they're available and going out as little as possible. We also have a 9 month old baby who the rest of the family haven't seen for 6 weeks apart from on screen.
My MIL has very kindly taken to asking me if I need anything when shes at the shops and I have given her a list of things a few times. However, a couple of weeks ago, she decided she wanted a photo of us to show to the rest of the family (I know, ?!?!?!) so marched inside the hall and took a photo of us. Why we couldn't have sent her one or even posed outside the front I dont know. I thought it was a 1 off so let it rest as she didnt touch anything and kept her distance.
Last week she dropped some shopping off, and stood 2 metres away on the drive talking to me as I took it inside. DC started to wake from his nap in the front room so I ran back in there to try to persuade him to go back to sleep. I left the front door open as it felt a bit rude to slam the door mid chat.
Anyway, a minute later and she walks in, AGAIN, all the way into the front room, justifying herself by saying she wasnt touching anything, and goes through to the study, where my DH with a collapsed lung is WFH, trying to be careful, and stands there talking to him!
I dont know what to say to her as I dont want to be rude as she has just done a massive favour, but clearly she does not get that we are trying to protect DH!
On the same day, the doorbell went, and I opened the door and my pregnant DSIS was there with her two young DC. As soon as I opened it, her kids legged it into the house, through to the study, touching my baby etc etc. She just doesn't get the social distancing idea as the rest of her family live out in the sticks and aren't bothering. She is easily offended too but theres no way I want to let her do that again.
Ideas for polite door closer please!!
Are we just Corona magnets?

Get a spy hole or a security chain! They're Covidiots.

Seen as though it's his mum, what has he said to her about it?

I have stopped asking her for groceries as I dont want the same to happen again, but I cant stop her from dropping stuff off.
She took a pic of DC last time and posted it on SM. My DM asked her what on earth she was doing and wasnt she worried about spreading something, but she just replied saying she didn't touch anything as if that was some sort of magic formula for viral containment!

Don't open the door. Is there a convenient window you could open to speak to people safely? They can leave the shopping on the doorstep.

I open the front window usually and talk from there, usually it's just an aknowledgement to the postie I know parcels are there etc

I would do this even when she delivers groceries. Dont feel as though it's rude

Were I your mum (or other Fb friend), I'd be tempted to ask her to share the secrets of levitation! Given her feet didn't touch the floor.

hampsand NOTHING! He is very deferential to MIL and is far too considerate to her feelings. He didnt mind blowing off about SIL turning up, but went very quiet when I told him to stop his DM from coming in Hmm

When you know she'll be coming round to drop stuff off for you, leave a box/bag/bucket/sack any old thing, on the doorstep for her to put things in.
Then communicate via open window - preferably in the loft.

Kerp doors shut and locked. Use a window.
When sil calls i am suddenly awfully busy in another roomGrin shes really here to see dc so i try and avoid dealing with her.
She called on easter sunday, planning on sitting in back garden with our patio door openShockHmm to have her dessert with us. Only dp and dc were going to see granny in the car or id have told her no chance.
