Lovely birthday gift idea for shielding SIL?

I'm looking for something lovely for SIL's birthday that I can send direct. She's a real foodie so loves hampers and things, as well as nice toiletries and she's into exercise too.
Has anyone sent anything food/beauty wise to someone that they've been really pleased with? She has a bit of a sweet tooth.
My budget is about £50 plus delivery.
I've had a browse but feel overwhelmed by options and am always a bit dubious about hampers unless they've been recommended.
Thank you!

What age group is she? Is she into anything in particular like Italian food or certain beauty brands?

She's mid thirties. She likes quite high end beauty products which is why I was leaning towards food as I'm not sure my budget will go far otherwise. She has a very sweet tooth and also likes antipasti type food, and trying new things, as well as kind of fancy picnic food if that makes sense, so really nice pork pies and hummus etc

If she's near Nottingham, this place is amazing delilahfinefoods.co.uk/ they're doing local deliveries, but looked on their website and appear to be shipping some things further afield.

Loccitane have free delivery and do lovely bath stuff and the best hand creams.

I have received an Easter hamper from Funky Hampers which was excellent but no idea on their other stuff.

A deli or farm shop sounds like her kind of thing?
