Fence and neighbours

A big part of our fence fell down in the last big wind. Neither we or the neighbours cared at the time so didn't discuss it.
Now obviously we are on lockdown.
When out in the garden is it ok that we are out at the same time?
We both have fairly small gardens. They have a child so spend a lot of time outside. We don't go out as much but want some fresh air. We make sure to sit far over so we are definately over 6 feet away from them when we are outside.
Is this ok? They have also been isolating too and are sensible about observing the lockdown.
We will get a new fence after all of this is over. But is this OK in the meantime? I'm worrying.

as long as you stay 2m away from other people, it's safe. no need for a fence.

OK thanks for the reassurance! Not much we can do about it atm anyway.
Yes it's nice to see the little girl playing too. Brings a sense of normality to the world as she's unaware of all the madness!
We sit over the other fences side away from them at least the 6 feet.

@happybirthdayqueenmarm
There is a wall about waist high its the fence above that broke. So no worries that the girl will come into our garden.
