I’ve had an upset stomach all day (thomdont feel queasy). Decided to google and saw that for some people, this is an initial symptom of Coronavirus.
Does anyone know if you can’t develop this first before the cough and fever? Or would you get these symptoms together?

Its not a common symptom but can develop independently from a cough. You may never get the cough in fact.

Of all the million things that can cause the shits, I think it's much more likely to be one of those.

Stomachs are temperamental buggers.

Could you get the cough without the fever, or any other symptoms without the fever?

Its actually a very common symptom (about 50% of covid sufferers have digestive upset at some point during their illness).

OP for me, diarrhoea was the first symptom, followed by loss of appetite, oral thrush and fatigue. I was feeling pretty unwell by day 3 but no cough til day 6 and never had a fever. But diarrhoea can be just that, or part of another bug so I wouldnt be too worried just yet.

And yes you can get it without a fever, or without a cough, but very rare to get neither at some point.

Yes it can be, but please don’t panic! It could just as easily just be a tummy bug.

Have you been drinking alcohol more than you normally do? ( I have) this causes me to have upset stomach.

No I haven't been tested. Only those admitted to hospital are tested.

I thought not. You have no way of knowing that you've had the virus, so a list of your symptoms is completely meaningless.
It could have been literally anything Confused

Yes of course it could be @Thisismytimetoshine you've got me. I could have one of the thousand viruses that give you exactly the same symptoms of COVID 19 (reported by people who have been tested) and that makes you sick for (to date) 32 days and counting. Oh and which infects the other members of your household with mild fevers and corona coughs. Hmm

I'm sorry you're ill, Porcupine. Maybe I spoke harshly, but there's been a plethora of threads where people are invited to "list their symptoms" and this has then been used as a definitive guide to what to expect.
Some of them are clearly self diagnosed and just as clearly relating to a common or garden upset stomach or cold.
Very unhelpful.
