When will my chest stop hurting?

I had a mild to moderate suspected case of cv19 and started to feel ill on 11 March. I started to feel better after about 10 days. I'm still getting chest pains, shortness of breath, and coughing after very gentle exercise like a half hour level stroll or housework.

How long is it taking people with moderate cases to get back to normal?

I never contacted any medical professionals because I didn't felt like my life was in danger, but I'm worrying about longer term effects. Would there be some kind of physio or inhalers available? Is it worth contacting my gp or 111?
