Shielding, previously able to get a slot with Sainsburys and now can't?

Have managed to get a once a week slot for past few weeks (delivery on a Tues and then I book the following week on the Wednesday)

Absolutely no slots available to me now?

I don't have Twitter and I will suck it up and ring them if I have to but has anyone else had this?
