Coronavirus has somehow triggered my health anxiety. I suffered with bouts of it around 5 years ago which was triggered via a serious illness which I am now mediated for and is u see control.
Since the lockdown, I’ve had on and off fast pulse, not sleeping properly, checking behaviours have started (temperature/blood pressure/ checking for lumps and scanning) it’s exhausting but I can’t sleep very well.
Has corona started up anyone else’s anxiety?!

I'm so sorry you're feeling so awful. Anxiety is just an absolute monster, I know. I highly recommend a book called DARE: The New Way to End Anxiety and Stop Panic Attacks by Barry McDonagh. You can download it straight to your phone or tablet, and I can't begin to tell you how much it helped me.

Thanks I will give it a read. Any TV one is better than this. Yes anxiety is a nightmare.

Definitely. My anxieties are generally war/government control related so it's definitely set it off in a very unpleasant way.

This whole situation is a nightmare - suffering from anxiety disorder anyway - to be in lockdown just makes it so much worse (overthinking is my unwanted "hobby" 😨)
Sending brave hugs for us all ❣️
