Chest hurting again

Hi,

Iv been in lockdown for 4/5 weeks now. We think we had It at the beginning and it’s taken 3/4 weeks to feel better. Iv felt better for a few days. It was mostly like a sinus infection after a sore chest. A lot of snot and just generally ill. Dh had a bad cough and lost his smell and taste.

Last night I thought it was anxiety that my chest felt heavy and a few coughs but this morning I’ve woken up and it hurts to breathe 😩

What do I do? Obviously continue to stay in at all times but Dh has gone back to work on Wednesday he’s completely fine.

Uhhh 😩😩😩😩

My anxiety is so high over it too.

Iv also had really bad headaches lately, but I think it’s from my pillow as my neck and back ache 😩

It is possible that you had something else before or get this is something else. Do you have the cough and temperature?

It’s just my chest that hurts to breathe/cough.

Definitely had the same as Dh before but I was a week behind. Maybe that’s why I still feel poorly?

My anxiety is really high too 😩

Sounds like a chest infection (not necessarily virile)--get your DH to count how many breaths you take in one minute without you being aware he is doing it, if possible. Our breathing rate/pattern changes when we become aware of it.
But call 111 for advice as you may need antibiotics.

Thank you, it’s giving me bad anxiety. I have a dry cough and runny nose. My chest just feel heavy :( it hurts more when I’m laid down x

4 weeks ago (today actually). I got flu like symptoms low grade fever and burning achey chest and trachea and breathlessness . Was poorly for 2 weeks but sore achey chest and breathlessness still slightly lingering. Have days when I think I'm better then comes back 🙄.

First things first. Try and get your anxiety under control. Youve mentioned it on every post so thats clearly worrying you. This could be causing your chest to be painful so do step by step and deal with that first.
