Grin

I have cleared out my airing cupboard. I found DS1's first cot blanket and DS2's Scooby Doo beach towel. They are 21 and 18 years old respectively. Blush

I folded all my bags for life into cute little triangles today.....

I did that too, after seeing a Youtube tutorial! Loads of little triangles.

I just practised folding a bag into a triangle, it was very satisfying!
I'm either easily pleased or rather sad - probably both!

We found a caster for a chair which has been missing since we moved in 7 years ago!!

I sorted some of the toy boxes today (trofast units). Found several 'lost' items.

I did all my bags today too. Plus cleaned my oven. Previous days have seen me: tidying the garage, the utility room and the loft (all grim)

Tomorrow I am cutting and hemming all Ds's ripped knee jeans into summer shorts, plus taking the sleeves off a dress to make it more 'me' as i never wear sleeves in summer.

I'm trying to do one big job a day that I never get round to. Other things on the list are the baby books, sort photographs...I keep adding new things on once I tick something off!

I've done the triangle bags today as well 😁

It's horrible having a clear out when the charity shops and the tip aren't open. I feel like I am just moving all the stuff around the house.

There's clean and then there's #lockdownclean.

I am loving slowly getting there. Having been mired in pain and grief for 2 years, this whole affair has been enlivening (I think it's the massive anxiety lead adrenaline rush). That part of it has been very good for me. The challenges at work (healthcare, but not physical) are another story.

I'm very envious, I want to be turning my bags in to triangles and sorting out my overstuffed cupboards😳

Sadly I'm working longer hours than normal so have no energy for anything apart from crochet. We will be warm this winter if nothing else, I seem to have a penchant for crocheted blankets and it's a good stress reliever for me.

Stay safe everyone.

We have a huge hall cupboard which other houses in our street have converted into a loo. Today I took every single thing out, bagged loads of stuff up for charity/bin, cleaned it, and put the remaining things back in nicely. We moved here five years ago, and there were costs in there I have never worn in the time we’ve lived here.

I also sorted out my underwear drawer, and vacuum packed heavy knitwear. (Always do the knitwear in the Easter holidays, though.)

I love a session of vacuum packing. I found a pack of the bags I had forgotten about and spent a while squishing duvets and bedsets into them. And winter coats.

DH has organised the garage (double one full of crap).

I've cleaned out a couple of cupboards. He wins!
