What would you do ?

All over the place like most of the workforce I know ....
I'm currently on 14 days iso... due to my child having a temperature (thankfully ok). My other child has asthma, not under the shield. I'm due to go back at the end of this week. We are receiving patients for end of life care who are positive of covid. Via my colleagues I'm hearing it's awful, not the correct PPE and running low on what we do have , they've even appealed to the local rag to ask with dentists etc have any. I'm worried sick... Im petrified of bringing this home to my children. I can't leave them and live elsewhere while this is going on as I'm single. If I could I'd just hand my notice in but I can't for obvious reasons. I don't know what to do
