Does anyone know whether Superdrug are only selling medicines ? I have to collect my repeat prescription next week and wonder if it ok to buy toiletries while I am there.

I'd say it's fine since you have to be there anyway

Why dont you click and collect whatever you need so you are not browsing

Toiletries aren’t really non-essentials, hygiene is pretty essential!

Of course you can.
Hygiene is very important - even more so these days.

Mine was only open for prescriptions.

I know that some Boots have roped off the perfume/make up to discourage browsing but shampoo and all that stuff is free to buy.

It’d be unreasonable to go just for lipstick but if you’re there anyway and need toiletries then it’s two birds one stone surely?

You can buy whatever they are selling.

Yes I was wondering about a megastore type Boots near to me. Massive beauty range including makeup. I wondered if it would be open and if not, how long before the local girls here have a nervous breakdown because they can’t get any gear to do their Scouse brows or false eyelashes! 😂

I was in there the other day and while I was in there buying some essentials (soap, toothpaste, shower gel etc) I picked up a refill of the concealer I use 🤷‍♀️ it's just best not to stand around browsing. Go in there knowing what you need to pick up so you're in for a short amount of time.

Who decides what is essential?

Why are you in effect asking for permission from MN?

If you need something else and can go straight for it without browsing, then just go ahead.
