For those with the smart pass have you now been managing to get slots?

Just went on their website and wait was just one minute, then I had lots of options for slots.

They seem to have got their act together pretty quickly. Prices seem to be higher though but I think that's the lack of special offers.

Checked Sainsbury's and cant even log in so the same situation there

I had an order on Friday (booked 2 weeks + ago), but now every time I log in there are no slot visible: and I have 3 days highlighted in green (ie up to next Thursday).

I am hoping/assuming that once you've had a delivery they lock you out of making another booking for a week? Or (more likely) the system is still not working optimally...

Reserved smart pass anytime holder supposed to get one every 7 days. Nothing this morning but I have one on 20 so won’t be allowed one untillt 27th. When were slots you were offered?

Depends on whether they consider you a ‘loyal’ customer, or just a customer they’re not that bothered about.

I can only see tues To Thurs but think that's because i have an order coming tomorrow. I had an email saying i will be able to see slots tomorrow so we will see.

I have one for 15/4 and 22/4. Nothing this week. Hopefully I can get one the wednesday after 22/4 again.

I have an email saying I'm one of their most loyal customers and can see slots 2-3 weeks ahead. Like @gillybean2 says, they have tiers for their customers. You know where you stand from your emails from them.

I've got one but having to spend almost double what I usually do as no special offers. Quite cross about that! But grateful to have a delivery.

i've been told I can have a delivery every 10 days. So I guess I'm not as well respected as some!!
I've been told I will be able to see the next slot every Saturday.
Prices have risen dramatically, mainly due to lack of offers. But I'm just glad, at the moment, that I don't have to go to the supermarket.

They have been our main supermarket for over four years. Smart pass holder and spend £100-£150 a week.

Probably quite high value customer as the products we normally buy are higher margin (organic, world foods not available at other supermarket - that's why we use them even though we know their prices are not the cheapest. It does actually save us money going to London to whole foods or the likes once a week).

I'm not saying this to gloat, but for information and to try to get some understanding.

I was offered a slot each week (only one a week) for the next three weeks.

I probably spend more than you OP and have done for years and I've only been given a slot every 10 days. Goodness knows how they are distributing their slots. I guess it may also have to do with where you live etc.

I just checked after reading this post and there are loads of slots for the next three days and then nothing from Friday onwards. We have the standard smart pass. I did place an order. £170 which is around usual but slightly less coming than usual because no offers, which is fine. I was really trying to shop responsibly, but get enough to last over a week. Really thankful to not have to go to the supermarket this week. Finding it quite hard to go out and not be near people in my area so not really going out.

I am so angry to find out they don’t consider me a “loyal customer” despite buying most of our food from them for over a decade (think it has been about 15 years) and being a smartpass anytime member.

Really wishing I had switched over to using Waitrose online (and I certainly plan to do this when all this is over).

We usually spend about £100 a week, sometimes more sometimes less, but I guess that isn’t enough to be considered “loyal”.

I wonder based on all above if it is really dependent on area as well. It must be as they have only limited capacity (as they would normally have) to serve any given area.

I can't believe what I'm reading here.

There are people that literally cannot leave the house for another 10 weeks or are disabled and people here don't fancy going out!! No, nor do I but can you please have a thought for these people and maybe reduce your deliveries to every 2 weeks? Bearing in mind there is no limit to the order, please try and be more considerate to others.

I only joined Ocado about 2 months ago. When I eventually get on the site there's just the next 3 days slots to choose from - all gone of course.

I still can't access the site despite having a SmartPass and having been a regular customer for years. My DSis in the SE is having better luck but she thinks it might have something to do with how close you live to the distribution centres.

fizzybootlace you don't know anyones personal situation, 3 members of my household are disabled, 2 are very vulnerable. I am fit and well (at the moment) and in addition to feeding the 4 of us I am delivering to 2 elderly relatives.

I have one for the next three weeks on a Tuesday every week for the three
I can only have one every seven days
I've booked up in advance those slots on Saturday
I booked the one for this Tuesday on Wednesday last week
I haven't had such a hard time getting a slot
How do ocado decide a loyal client and a vulnerable one?

I spend at least 250 a week and have done for years but I also do several shops up to about £800 a few times a year
Do you think that's why i got the slots?
I have used Ocado for nearly 2 years now but only every week for about 18 months

I’m an anytime smart pass holder, got a shop coming tomorrow and also told that I will be able to see seven days in advance from Tuesday and only slot per seven days. I’d like to book further in advance if I can as I will order less if I can book more frequently.

Cantdothisnow1 I'm clearly referring to those who have said they just don't want to go out because there are people about!! No other physical reason. Read the thread and there are others on MN right now saying the same.

You circumstances are exactly those I am supporting to have deliveries.

I don't think it has anything to do with loyalty. I've been an anytime smart pass holder for 4 years and a regular user of Ocado for many more years than that longer than that. I was told to log on today to get a slot. None available.

It's got much more to do with where you live.
