Interesting advice from a doc and nurse at Queens - how to protect your lungs from further infection if you have CV.

I’m not a medics but my brother is a nurse and he says that it fits with ITU protocol re treatment of patients with pneumonia:

Thank you
Interestingly (to me Grin) this is very similar to what my mother (nurse trained in the 60s) asked us to do if we had a bad chest (& I therefore get my kids to do) although she also has someone cup clapping the back

Those who know about this - is this good to practise before getting the virus ? He seemed to suggest so but once per day or more? How long do we lie on the bed for ?

Thanks for any advice !

I just watched the video and did the excercise. Very simple to do and will keep this in mind. Why is it not sent out to every household via a short instruction on television? It is not making claims to stop the pandemic but it is really good advice and may help a lot of people albeit in a small way.
