A warning to users of Morrison’s Click and Collect
I have just picked up my Morrison’s order Several items were substituted and for much more expensive items I was not allowed to reject these substitutes
The extra cost was around £30 I called customer services after checking I had been charged the full amount Apparently nothing I can do but pay the extra I may be able to return theses items after the crisis
So if you are on a tight budget and choose cheaper items These may be substituted by more expensive ones and you will be charged
Hope this makes sense but Morrison’s this is an appalling way to treat customers and I am so disgusted and disappointed with them
