Can someone clarify how long the Gov will pay sick pay for self isolation 2 weeks or 12?

Sister works almost full time and is immuno compromised with numerous health problems,

She seen the press conference and is stressed that she should isolate for 12 weeks but can’t afford it

Mum said she can’t afford to live on sick pay but I wasn’t confident that the gov is paying any more than a fortnight of sick pay
