Yep. the patch is a godsend for me. I have a memory like a sieve since having ds. I've had no problems with it but all women are different.

Oh DEAR! Was really not thinking of any of those areas-do they come off easily-can I swim?

They come off easily when you want to take them off. It feels like industrial strength glue they use on nicotine patches
Of course you can swim with them. They don't stop any aspect of life except what they are designed for!!!

I use it, it is really good. I put mine on my side (towards my back) a little bit below my bra line (so it doesn't rub)

When I first started using it I did feel quite queasy for maybe a week, but no side effects after that. I have even lost weight on it.

I have been using the patch for about six months now...and its great had no problems at all with it. I used to wear it on my upper arm but it drew too much attention...especially when i was out, i'd get some funny looks when i had a cigerette cos people thought it was a nicotine patch!!! once i explained it to a girl she turned round and said to her boyfriend that i was all prepared for a one night stand...yeah right after that i wear it on my thigh and no-one sees it except dp of course
