Hi Stac.
Feeling a little better than yesterday although sooooo tired, think it is MS starting as had it again this morning.
Had a phone call this morning to say DH aunt had died in the night. Felt so bad calling him at work to tell him

My friends mum passed away yesterday, its horrible isnt it? Hows your hubby?

I'm ok thanks well i am after the 2 paracetamol, i had a thumping headache this morning so have came back to bed lol.

DH does the'man' thing and is strong for everyone else, although he has found the anniversary very difficult to handle and with this as well i hope he will be ok. I will have a proper chat to him later when he finishes work.
I had MS for a short time first time around, but 18month ago, when i was pg, i was really poorly. Was off work for weeks. I am a litle scared its going to happen all over again. We have been through so much i am desperate to be able to enjoy this pregnancy.

try not to worry hun, first time round i had nothing much, this time its lasted a bit longer. I've spent a lot of this pregnancy worrying and its kind of ruined the start. Trying to calm down now. Sure dh will be ok, just a stressful time for you both. Hope he's ok. X

I have my first scan in 10days so hopefully that will start to put my mind at rest. I'm just so scared its all going to go wrong again From what ive read though its a fairly natural feeling.
I have so much to look forward to, i need to focus on the positive!!

Have you had any cravings? I just can't seem to stop eating toast, butter and lemon marmalade. YUM YUM

totally loving tangy tom crisps and you know the vesta chow mein goodness knows why. Your right it is normal to feel the way you do, its also said we feel more anxious as its a long awaited baby. Nothings easy eh? But as you say lots to be positive for x

Hi all, still no work for me. My manager seems to think i'm pregnant but surely shits and spews (sorry for being so blunt) can't be a sign can it? I've never heard anyone say that before.
Try not to worry Popsy, I'm sure everything will be fine and you will have a perfect little baby soon .
Stac I think I've asked you this before but can't remember your answer, were you on Clomid? how long were you on it before you got pregnant?

hey becky i had 6 months of clomid and only ov'd once. Was sent to check my tubes weren't blocked then cons told me i would need to do ivf, i wasnt ready for that. Also couldnt afford it so i asked for metformin and was to take clomid with it. I started them at the end of august and got bfp mid november. I never took the clomid again, i hated clomid to be honest and was scared of taking it again. So for me it was the metformin. X

Hi All

Ven I thinks its because the men know we only want to BD for a baby so they feel under pressure, i cant wait for the time when i can enjoy BDing for fun and not because of the end result....a baby!
DP and i have agreed that i dont go back on the pill once i have conceived and if another baby came along then that would be fine, i still think that being on the pill 9 years is one of the reasons we're struggling and also that i used to take the pill for 3 months on the trot before i would have a break and have a period.

Jobo the thing with inserting pre-seed 15 mins before is that knowing my luck i would insert it and then DP might not be in the mood as we dont BD every day or every other, usually only twice a week. This suited me fine before we were trying but i know it will take me longer to get my BFP although ive been told that twice a week is fine as the sperm can survive for 5 days.

Popsy wish i liked gratefruit juice but cant stand it. Only fruit juice i dont like. Suppose i could just hold my nose whilst drinking it and pretend its chocolate milkshake

Im thinking about trying reflexology next month, our local college also do it for about £8 which is a bargain i think

ladybird the clomid made me want it more so dp thought it was fab but now I am pg I cant be bothered and it only takes the once to get you in the club hun. Why dont you try the evening primrose oil instead, just need to be careful of your oving dates as you shouldnt take it during ovulation

hope everyones good, I ended up at the nurse as I have a pain in my back at the right side and the doc thought it was a urine infection, nurse said it was clear but seemed really cloudy so has sent it away to be checked. She said it is likely to be everything stretching, who knows have my gp tomorrow so will get her to check me over lol xxx

Ladybird I was on the pill for years and I think that was what covered up & didn't help with PCOS. I'm never touching it again!

Stac i'm still full of cold & very tired today. Again, another day of EWCM - I'm on day 22!!! What is going on???? Sad to hear your friends news. Hope everything is ok & the GP gives you piece of mind.

Hi all, somebody please advise me. People keep telling me that I could be pregnant with me having bad diarrhea twice in 2 weeks and now I keep feeling flutters in my abdomen. Is it just me looking for signs because I'm that desperate?

Have you tried doing a test? Either that go to dr as they can do blood tests. Any other symptoms? Are you on CD22 too?

I really don't know what else to suggest. Last month everyone kept telling me they thought I was & I got AF a day late. Not that I think this could be you. Only way to find out is a test of some kind.

ladybird I would have thought that 5 days for sperm would be the absolute maximum in perfect conditions, we bd every other day leading up to ovulation and then just after, personally I wouldn't want to leave it as long as twice a week. But thats just me. Reflexology is def a bargain.

popsy sorry about DH aunt, there never is a good time. Hows the MS?

You too stac sorry to hear you news about your friends mum. I use 4Head when I don't want to take anything for a headache, its a menthol stick you rub on your forehead but it really does work.

becky don't know about the diarrhea, but you'd need to be about the same as stac to feel the flutters. Only one way to know for sure....I think we all look for signs, shame that so many AF signs are like pg ones. Fingers crossed for you.

I've had another fun day at school doing reading and the winter beer festival starts tomorrow so I shall be a beer widow for the weekend. Lucky I'm not ovulating I would have had to lock him in!

jo I got 4head, nearly fainted at the price and could have kicked myself as dps cousin is a pharmacist so could have got it cheaper lol

becky diarrhea can be a sign of early pregnancy but everyones different, I was and still have been more constipated. Would this be your first baby? Movement is generally not felt until between 16-20weeks. The best thing to do is test. I had minor bleeding before I got bfp.

fairy I think I am getting the bloody cold too. If it helps any I ov'd later when I fell pg so its not totally uncommon keep up the bding.

I did the silly thing of googling the cause of this pain but it says its probably round ligament pain due to everything growing so for a change I am a little reassured lol

Think I am off for an early night, dp seems to have done his back while at the golf range men eh lol xxx

Hi all, yes I am on CD22 fairy and yes it would be my first stac. I don't mean flutters as in movement from a baby (not that i'd know what that felt like either) I mean like butterflies and just weird feelings coming from direction of my ovaries towards the middle of my stomach. I'm probably just over-reacting as usual but I can't help but get excited . I don't want to test too early because I hate BFNs, as we all do!

Hi beckylou, I completely understand have had a few months like that wondering what is going on with weird symptoms - the 2ww is a minefield. I'm on CD23 now and going between convinced can feel something and convinced is just normal week before AF changes. How about setting a date by which you test and just doing as much as you can to relax before then? Easier said than done i know.

hi to everyone else. popsy and stac and anyone else who is or has been bfp, how did you feel in the week before you got bfp, the same or any different?

btw have any of you seen the thread on here called accupuncture? that sounds promising, has anyone tried it?

the other thing that's on my mind at the moment is exercise - Clure you've mentioned body pump and running and things, i feel that if i exercise then i feel so much better and less stressed etc, but sometimes (particularly week before AF) i feel the odd twinge during and panic i could be somehow 'detaching' when i am meant to be implanting, if that makes sense? could be just me. am so convinced its something i'm doing wrong i have at times convinced myself i'm even not breathing correctly!!!

stac Since I have been on the clomid I have been bloated......like im 4months preg. I too have IBS so maybe with all the stress its making it bigger. Having endo makes you bloat too, not got it good eh lol

carebear i didnt know i was pregnant, but the week before bfp i was having a drink with friends and kept being sick, the same thing had happened with ds so friends were convinced i was pg, but the next day i had a light bleed, but it stopped. I was loaded with the flu and the doc thought i had a urine infection but was pregnant. Oh i dont half go on soz

debi i am loaded with the flu again but my sickness is getting better so thats good lol. Its different from the first time, but i am so happy to be having a wee bundle of joy. I truly believe we will all get a bfp.
