It's not for me, it's for a friend (honestly - I'm due to give birth in 4 weeks!). I know I've seen stuff here, and I wondered where I could point my darling mate who's having severe difficulty conceiving?

try a book called "taking charge of your fertility " by Toni Weschler. I bought it on Amazon several years ago and am not sure if it is still in print

boots used to sell a fertility awareness kit with a video, thermometer, charts in etc. it very good. I think it could be used as trying to conceive or contraceptive.

Also there's //www.fertilityfriend.com I read the book.recommended then.starting.using ff to chart online. They also so online charting courses but personally I though tcoyf book was excellent!
