Hi everyone on these threads...i'm currently on the miscarriage/bereavement page as I lost my little boy 7wks ago.He was stillborn due to a liver malformation and a condition called hydrops,I had a normal delivery at 33wks and have been told by various professionals that this will never happen to me again.
Bravely I have decided to try for another baby as soon as possible, its all I can think of right now and I just feel I have to return to that path I was following and so looking forward to reaching the end of.
A friend of mine told me that her friend had had a similar experience to me where she had lost a baby late into preg and had started to try for another straight away. She apparently conceived the wk after her 6wk check up after her previous preg, and the only bleeding she had prior to falling preg was for a couple of wks after birth!?
I had been told that you bleed for awhile after birth, that then tails off,and a while after that you will get your first period? It has left me alittle confused, and I've got a check up to go to on the 13th of july( 9wks after i gave birth). My husband and I are already trying again now to fall preg, but could that really happen yet without having a proper period first?
Sorry if I sound abit forward,I just really need so advice..I'm physically ready to try again and feel that although getting preg so soon after recent loss will be scary..its where I want to be right now,and seems the only thing that will fill the emptiness right now!?Soz for going on abit..desperate for some advice!!.x
