Question about ovulating... (dumb one )

When you ovulate can your whole tummy area be sore on one side (if you press it/bump it) for a couple of days? I had this recently and I seriously was thinking whats that but had the sticky mucous so maybe I was ovulating as now its gone and my period is on route I think?

Is it poss the quite noticable left inside discomfort was ovulation on my left side?

Yep, that's what I've read/heard, some women feel it on the left/right side, for me I get ov pains just in the middle of my lower tummy (c section scar area).
