ttc and prescription/ otc sleeping pills

I'm ttc at the moment so like all of you here, there are two weeks each month when I may or may not be PG.

Is it ok for me to take either of the following in my 2 week limbo period:

Nytol sleeping tablets (the same ingredient as hayfever tabs), roughly once a week.

Temazepam, 20g dose for occasional sleeplessness, roughly once every 2 weeks.
