Mirena removed last Tuesday. Why am I not pregnant?

So it's Monday now and it's been a week since I had it removed. Come on, seriously, I should be at least 3 months gone by now.

OK, I know you're going to tell me to be patient, and it took 7 months the first time but turns out I'm not patient at all

Mind you, as we've only just started TTC, we're still having fun!!!
