Mine is longer than normal! And it seemed to have stopped but has now started again. Should I worry? Thanks! Paranoid about everything now!

I had a Chemical pregnancy last month. It was possibly the worst period on record, I really hope your not going through it.

I had 7/8 days of heavy bleeding, sorry if TMI, but it was very clottish like never before. I had cramps all the way through, I wouldnt normally get them the whole way through. They were so painful that I was sick. Just spent the week curled up in a ball. I didnt get any breaks in the bleeding. I only knew something was wrong because Id had a couple of BFP the week before.

Fingers crossed it sorts it self out for you. I'd give it a few more days maybe and get it checked out. Dont worry too much, I know easier said than done, but try not too x

Sorry to hear that LadyLou. I am not sure what to do, it's just that it stopped then started again that I don't like. Unfortunately many years ago I had a termination and got an infection, and the same thing happened so bit worried. Thanks for responding and good luck with TTC.

Antiquarian - stopping and restarting with an early miscarriage is normal. I have been lucky that most of my early miscarriages were like normal or even light periods. But I did have one that was stop-start, it took a month for my hcg levels to return to normal, but it got there eventually. Just like every pregnancy is different I have learnt that every miscarriage is different too. So I want to reassure you that it is normal for it to be stop-start, but obviously if you do get other signs of an infection then go to the doc's.
