Try using some software like fertility friend - they have a free version, which will track it for you.

You don't say when you started in your cycle, but I am temping too, and doing this;

Take temp on CD1. Temp must be the very first thing you do in the day, before getting up to go to the loo etc. Should be taken at pretty much the same time every morning to get an accurate reading.

I just have the thermometer next to my alarm clock, take the temp and either write it down, or my digital thermometer records it.

Then do the same every day and watch to see what happens. If temp goes up it is normally a sign that you have already ovulated - so it's handy to temp as it means you will get an idea of when you ovulate in the month and can plan shagging around this.

But you can get a random spike for other reasons, so it's best to record results for the whole month so that you can see a trend in the results.

Fertility friend is very useful. I'd definitely recommend it. If you are quite well into your cycle then you temp should spike the day after ovulation and stay high until your period comes, but Fertility Friend will eplain it much better.
Good luck.
