Hello All
I was wondering does anyone have any positive feedback on accupuncture when TTC?

As am interestaead in trying it to see if it helps?

Also can anybody recommend an accupuncturist in Surrey for fertility?

Hi Hopeful. Not sure where you are in Surrey, but if you can make it up to SW19 (Wimbledon) then can highly recommend Ian Prytherch. His website is - www.balance-acupuncture.co.uk. Sorry, can't do links.

He's a wonderful man and I'd trust him with my life. I'd previously had 2 m/c on the trot and had been TTC DC3 for 5 months when I went to him. 2 months later after some sessions with him I got my BFP. DD3 due 10th July.

Give him a call. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Good luck xxx

ditto on the depends where you are in surrey - is KT15 anywhere nearer? I used to work in a clinic in Addlestone where this great acupuncturist worked too - she said she had had good successes with fertility acupuncture. She also works in Hinchley Wood

Hi hopeful,

Just to say that I found acupuncture brilliant- got pregnant after my first treatment! It was also great 9 months later for inducing my son- contractions started within hours of acupuncture.

Good luck!

Hi, more than a year after coming off the pill I was still having irregular periods (every 2-3 months). My cycle went to 5 weeks after a couple of sessions, and I fell pregnant after about 10 sessions

I'd definitely recommend it (afraid my lady is in Suffolk so no good for you), as eviesgirl says, it's not going to do you any harm & I it was very relaxing
