Is it possible to conceive on day of temp rise?

Any advice gratefully received. I have been temping and charting all month and for some reason this mornings temp shift took me completely by surprise.

I still have fertile quality cm (sorry if TMI), is it worth having a go??

Generally speaking once the temp rise has happened the egg is gone.
BUT I would still give it a go on the grounds that it might be a one-off rise; the temp rise does not confirm ov until you have had 3 consecutive higher temps.

Yes as it could mean you ovulated yesterday and eggs can last for 24 hours... but you'd have to do it now!!!
