I had more success with Omega 3-6-9, but there are people who swear by grapefruit juice. There was just a thread about it not too long ago - it's probably on this first page, if not the second - I'll see if I can bump it for you.

it does work, but I think that drinking lots of water throughout the month is just as effective.
