I think clearblue would be accurate, if you are 2 weeks late and you haven't tested at all yet then most pregnancy tests should pick up the hormones.

If they don't and you are still concerned go to the doctor for a blood test. Good Luck! grin

Pretty much any make test would be pos if you are 2 weeks late.

Pretty safe to safe to say that almost any test will pick up hormone if you're two weeks late.

Save a few pennies and go for an own-brand (Asda, Tesco, Boots).

You sound new to anything like this?

Tescos were doing a double-pack for about £2 last time I was testing (couple of years ago).

pucca Fri 01-Aug-08 14:51:16

Yes pretty sure, unless they have gone up in price again, but a couple of months ago they were £4.99 for 2.

theinsider Fri 01-Aug-08 14:52:50

Just checked, £3.24 for one, £4.98 for two.

Christ, another reason for me to have no more pregnancies grin

MamaGLovesMe Fri 01-Aug-08 16:27:58

Why don't you want your DH to know?

I am sure he would supprt you. Will he be upset if you test and it is positive and you haven't shared that moment?

We have m/c 2 babies and we have done all tests together. Well, except the one I did to rule it out that turned up positive.

I would say if your 2 weeks late you don't need to use fmu, I tested about a week late with dd and it came up really strongly in about a second. Good luck smile
