Please help, scared as I have the coil but I'm sure I'm pregnant

Okay I've been pregnant 10 times, I've lost all of them.

But I'm a pro at knowing when I am, I'm so tired, I get tearful and my lower back hurts (even in very early pregnancy).

I had the coil fitted last month and this is what's confusing me! I've had a couple of watery bleeds, mainly brown blood.

It's so hard to get a clear photo but there is a very faint line.

I can't quite see anything there but maybe test again tomorrow and see if it gets any darker?
It's hard to see very faint lines on a photo of a test. I trust you know what you see.
